We offer black bear, moose, mountain goat and grizzly bear hunting in our 5,000 square mile exclusive guiding area. Located in the heart of British Columbia, Stewart Berg, owner of this family run operation was born and raised in the area. Started hunting at the age of 13 and has now guide and outfitted in the same area for 28 years. Double Eagle guides strive to give everyone a successful and memorable hunting experience. We offer affordable quality hunts that are tailored to suite everyone’s physical ability. The area has many lakes, mountains, timbered land, lots of moose meadows and with our many comfortable cabin camps will make your stay enjoyable. On all our hunts we supply experienced guides, tasty home cooked meals, accommodations and transportation during the hunt.
We welcome people from around the world to experience and enjoy our black bear hunting that has been 100% successful. Our fair chase spot and stalk hunting can be done using rifle, archery and black powder. Central B.C. has abundant black bear populations and our area produces record book bears.
Our Canadian moose trophies are 45 to 55 inches wide and 95% success rate on 1/1 hunts, 80% success rate on 2/1 hunting.
Our mountain goat hunting is achievable by any hunter in normal physical condition and the goats get record book size, 9 to 11 inch billies. The success rate on Mountain goat is 95%.
A good population of grizzly bear, tropy animals, good opportunity make this a high success hunt.
